Return Policy

In the event you wish to return any product that is not defective, you may do so provided that you meet the following criteria:

(i)            the product was purchased in the last thirty (30) days;

(ii)           the product is not used or damaged;

(iii)          the product is not missing packaging, manuals, or other components;

(iv)          the product is in its original packaging; and

(v)           you provide proof of original purchase. 

If you qualify for a return, please contact  us to obtain shipping instructions and a return merchandise number (see below for more details).  Once we receive your product and  verify that you qualify for a refund, we will issue a refund to your payment method within thirty (30) days.

Limited Product Warranty and Limitations of Warranties

Sensory Cloud warrants this product against any defect in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 45 days from the date of shipment, and upon proof of purchase.  The Limited Product Warranty provided here applies only to original purchasers who purchase the product for their own use, and not for resale.  This Limited Product Warranty is only applicable in the United States.

In the event that you have a defect claim it must be made during the defect warranty period, Sensory Cloud agrees that, at its sole option, it will repair or replace the defective product.  All parts that are replaced become the property of Sensory Cloud. Any approved refunds will be made by refunding to your payment method within thirty (30) days.

This Limited Product Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states within the United States do not allow the disclaimer of or limitation of implied warranties and depending on state law the limitations may not apply to you. 


This Limited Product Warranty does not cover : 

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, ordinary wear, neglect, accident, extreme heat or cold, electric surge, disaster (such as fire, flood or lightning),  improper application, failure to follow directions, or improper storage. 
  • Damage caused by any repair or attempted repair not authorized by Sensory Cloud. 

This Limited Product Warranty contains the sole express warranty made by Sensory Cloud in connection with its products.

All implied warranties, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Where an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed, that implied warranty is limited in duration to the limited warranty period set forth herein.

Any part of this Limited Product Warranty which is prohibited or which is held to be void or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof.

Some states within the United States do not allow the disclaimer of or limitation of implied warranties and if this is true in your state the above limitations may not apply to you. 

This Limited Product Warranty constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive statement of warranty terms by Sensory Cloud and no person is authorized to make any other warranties or representations on behalf of Sensory Cloud.

Refund Policy for Breathe Better Challenge

In the event you do not feel as if you are breathing better after 21 days of regular FENDing while following along the FEND Breathe Better Challenge and wish for a refund, you may do so provided that you meet the following criteria:

(i)            the product was purchased in the last thirty (30) days;

(ii)           you provide proof of original purchase;

(iii)          the product is in its original packaging; and

(iv)          you provide proof of original purchase.

If you qualify for a return, please contact  us to obtain shipping instructions and a return merchandise number (see below for more details).  Refund eligible for one FEND per individual. Any additional FEND units may be returned for a refund provided the return meets the criteria of return policy. Once we receive your product and verify that you qualify for a refund, we will issue a refund to your payment method within thirty (30) days.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability

The remedies of repair, replacement or refund of purchase price as stated above are the exclusive remedies provided by this Limited Product Warranty.  On the basis of strict liability or under any other legal theory, in no event shall Sensory Cloud be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the theory of liability.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Products to be returned should have a return code provided from Sensory Cloud [and should not be returned without a return authorization from Sensory Cloud].
